Alice Kuepper
Co-Founder and Chief Shared Value Guru
Alice is a strong believer in the shared value business strategy and the power of partnerships. With over two decades of experience in leadership roles spanning retail, e-commerce, and marketing activation, Alice has successfully implemented complex sustainability projects across retails' most pressing environmental and social topics. Alice holds Sustainability Certifications from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and the Harvard Business School and a Master of Sociology from the University of Munich. She is a Non-Executive Director of the Coalition for Sustainable Solutions and a contributor to the Circular Australia Industry Taskforce.
Anna Forster
Co-Founder and Chief Sustainability Nerd
Anna is a firm believer in the business case for driving sustainability and the power of business as a force for good. She has spent her career growing e-commerce businesses from start-up to scale and now channels her experience into advising businesses on social and environmental responsibility. She holds a Master of Science in Business from the University of Mannheim and a Certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge. Anna is a regular speaker and commentator on sustainability and a mentor for the accelerator programme of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. She is a co-founder and board director at Leaders for Climate Action Australia.
